You are hereby SUMMONED to attend the Annual Assembly of United York Rite College #127 to be held on Saturday, 31 May 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Lodge Room of the Ilion Masonic Temple, 188 Morgan Street, Ilion, NY 13357.
We will open at 1:00 PM followed by a short Business Meeting, including the balloting on several proposals for membership. The nominating committee: Keith F. Folger, Edward S. Newsham, and Fred G. Hickein will give their report. Following their report, the elections will be held and then immediately followed by the installation of the officers for 2014-2015.
Come early (12:00 PM) for lunch and invite your Lady at a nominal cost. Reservations to: Dennis S. Davis (315-245-1699) or deputydad416 at twcny.rr.com on or before May 28th. AMD will be meeting prior to lunch at 10:30 AM.
Immediately following the Assembly a special meeting of the Members of the OPC will be held.
